SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Our delivery will take 5-15 days; However please expect 3-5 weeks of delivery (Due to the COVID-19 situation) although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. To start a return (Return & Exchange Center)
You can submit your request at return center. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
No. We are unable to cancel or change orders once they are placed. Our fulfillment center is incredibly fast and begins working on orders almost immediately once they are placed. Please make sure to review your order details carefully, including the size and color of your gear, and your shipping address.
Should you accidentally place an order for the wrong product, you can take advantage of our 15-day free exchange/return policy to swap for the product you meant to order.
We guarantee delivery only to the address provided at the time your order is placed. Address changes for packages already in transit are not possible.
If your order was accepted by our system, it means your credit card company accepted the address that was entered. You don't need to contact us to update your billing address.
